We accept one and only one ads for each category in each region. For example: if you have an online shop selling flower in New York, when you place ads here, there will be no other New York online florist advertisement here until you stop your advertisement (or lost bid). Among the bid winner, the higher the bid, the higher frequency the ads will show up. For example: "Arizona housing agency" bid is higher than "London pet shop", then "Arizona housing agency" ads will appear more than "London pet shop".
